So today, I was really excited to give blood, and particularly to tick it off the list. I spent all morning psyching myself up ready for my 3 o clock appointment, only to be told that I couldn't donate because I'm at the tail-end of a cold. Which was very disappointing but never mind.
On the plus-side, I actually managed to sort everything out with my EPQ today, and I'm really excited for my presentation tomorrow.
Then I went down to Earls to see the performing arts showcase, and the standard of performance is just amazing. Sam was performing, and of course he was great, and so was the other Sam, and Flora and in particular Mitchell who was dancing.
Also, I've been trying to figure out what to do with my hair on Friday, so Lily curled it for me, which looked HILARIOUS, and then we put it up and it looked really cute. I don't think it's dressy enough for Friday night, but it was still nice to feel like I looked nice :)
