First meeting of the Witty Little Knitters was today! There was a slight mix up with rooms, but it all got sorted, and I've booked us a permanent room from now on. We're going to have a go at helping this charity, because it will be a good excercise for the majority of members, who only learnt to knit today. Hopefully, within a few weeks goals number 27, 28 and 29 can get done too!
I struggled into college this morning with a huge bin bag of wool I had been given, as well as a collection of knitting needles. It was well worth it though to see all these smiling faces :)
In other news, James gave me an early birthday present....an electric blanket! I'm sooo looking forward to using it at home, but I'm at his tonight where temperatures remain above freezing throughout the night, so I'm going to save it for tomorrow :3 Excited!!
