Day 6 - 6^th January 2013

Today I started making my garment for my EPQ. I've designed a beautiful feathered poncho, which is going to look gorgeous, but is going to take forever to finish :) It probably took me 4 hours to do one side of it. But it's done, and it feels so good! 

By the way, for those who don't know, EPQ stands for Extended Project Qualification, and mine is a textiles project, producing a campaign against child abuse, exploitation and especially poverty in the UK. It's going to be done using photography, and hopefully some very dramatic lighting, or that's the plan anyway :) The model is my sister's lovely friend, and I'll update with pictures when it's done :)
